I would describe myself as fun. I like to live in the moment, but I think about my future. I try to keep my cool in hostile situations. I don’t like starting things with people. I crack a lot of jokes though. My morality is very important to me. There are things that I just won’t do because of morality. People who know me would describe me as hard-working. I’m putting in a lot of effort. I’m a leader. I want to be a surgeon or a doctor to help people. I can see myself in the Air Force as a medic.

If I could change one thing about the world right now, I would change the animosity that people have towards Black people because it’s really uncalled for.  I was thinking about Kobe.  When he died, the whole world cried. He shook the world when he died. It just made me think, did people who were racist cry too? Did they feel for Kobe and his family? Did he matter that much to them? I want to matter that much to people.

I want others to see me as somebody that they can look to for guidance and somebody they can confide in. My friends think of me as somebody they can confide in, but I want others to see me that way too. I have leadership qualities and a leader’s mentality. Sometimes I don’t act like it. I’m going to work on that. Some people say optimism is an important leadership quality. Yes, but I think that knowing you can fail and doing it anyways makes a true leader. Once people accept that they can fail, a good leader can guide them in the right direction, knowing the obstacles.
